Reelio is a creator marketplace and commerce platform. Brands find and work with creators on paid campaigns, and creators sell their own products, courses and coaching calls from a single link in their bio.

When we use terms like "we", "our" or "us" in this policy, we're talking about Reelio Digital Technologies Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. We are the data controller for the information described here.
2. Information You Give Us
This includes your account details such as name, email address and password; your profile and page content, including your handle, bio, links and media kit; campaign and proposal information, including messages sent through the deal inbox; payout details such as the bank account used to pay you; and anything you send us when you contact support.
3. Information We Collect Automatically
We collect device and browser information, IP address and approximate location; usage data such as pages viewed, features used and page visits; and campaign performance data used to calculate earnings.
4. Information From Third Parties
Where you connect a social account, we receive the information that platform makes available, such as your handle and audience figures. We also receive transaction confirmations from our payment partners.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and run your account and page; to match creators and brands and run campaigns and deals; to process payments and make payouts; to measure campaign performance and calculate what is owed; to provide support; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and artificially inflated metrics; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
6. Legal Bases
We process personal information where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving Reelio, where you have given consent, and where we are required to by law.
7. Sharing Your Information
We share information with the brands and creators you are working with, to the extent needed to run a campaign or deal; with buyers of your products, where needed to deliver what they have bought; with service providers such as payment processors, hosting providers and analytics tools; and with authorities where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell your personal information.
8. International Transfers
Reelio operates internationally, so your information may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection is in place.
9. How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
11. Deleting Your Data
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by contacting us. We will action the request unless we are required to retain certain records — for example transaction and payout records kept for tax and accounting purposes.

Reelio Digital Technologies Limited is a limited liability company. Its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, shareholders and affiliates have no personal liability in connection with this policy or the handling of your information. Any claim relating to this policy must be brought solely against Reelio Digital Technologies Limited. Our liability in connection with this policy is subject to the limitations set out in our Terms & Conditions.
